Objective
Evaluate the website experience, identify usability improvements, and support the platform’s transition from a local environment to production readiness.
Strategy
We approached the project by analyzing how users interact with the platform and identifying areas where the experience could be improved. Alongside the UX review, we researched how similar platforms structure user interactions and engagement flows. The process was collaborative, with a focus on creating a smoother, safer, and more user-friendly experience.
What we did
We conducted a UX audit of the website based on web usability best practices and provided a detailed list of recommendations for improving navigation, clarity, and overall usability. In addition to the UX work, we supported the project from local development through production setup and deployment. We also helped implement a protection system designed to prevent users from uploading inappropriate images, supporting a safer and more controlled user experience.
